PROOFREADING SERVICES

Proofreading is about doing a last review to catch surface problems with the content. It is not meant to be comprehensive so there will be no re-working or re-arranging of text or content.

I can proofread your general documents, websites including link checking, blogs, resumes, reports, short stories and eBooks.

Proofreading will include:

• correcting spelling, punctuation and typos
• confirming names, places and organisations are spelled correctly
• checking page numbers are consecutive
• ensuring headers and footers are correct
• checking that links are working and formatting is uniform
• cross-checking chapter titles and footnotes.

PRICING:

Depending on the amount of work required, the per-page rate starts from $5 based on 250 – 300 words per page. I will request to see a number of pages to check the complexity and quality, after which I can give you a per page price.
