Voice memos, interviews, podcasts, group discussions, verbal agreements, video interviews and university lectures can be transcribed.
Transcription is charged by audio minute. This means that you will know the cost prior to the commencement of your job. Prices start from $2.20 per audio minute for a single voice.
All transcription jobs will be transcribed clean verbatim i.e. the transcript will not include false starts, stutters or fillers such as umm, uhh, mmm, so, okay etc.
The following formats are accepted:
Audio: AAC, ACT, AIFC, AIFF, AMR, APE, AU, CAF, DCT, DSP, DSS, DVF, DVS, FLAC, OGG, M4A, MP2, MP3, MPC, MSV, QCP, RA, RM, SHN, SPX, VOC, VOX, WAV, WMA
Video: ASF, AVI, DivX, DV, FLV, M4V, MKV, MOV, MP4, MPEG, WMV, 3G2, 3GP
BizAssist Pro uses Dropbox for file delivery.

When contacting BizAssist Pro, please include the following audio details: audio length, number of speakers, preferred turnaround time, accents, subject and quality of recording. BizAssist Pro will get back to you with further details.
A surcharge of $0.20 per audio minutes is added if the audio is muffled or unclear, time stamps are needed, speakers have heavy accents or verbatim transcription is needed i.e. audio is transcribed exactly as it is heard including umm, uhh, mmm, so, okay, false starts etc.
Please note the following:
– Prices are relevant for clean audio.
– Audio files will be checked upon receival.
– Turnaround times are subject to availability and do not include weekends.
– As a general guide, it will take approximately four to five hours to transcribe one hour of good quality audio with one voice.
– There will be an up-front fee of 25% of the total cost to get started.
